Dear Valued Colleagues, Partners, and Friends,

As we celebrate International Women’s Day on March 8, 2025, I want to take a moment to reflect on this year’s powerful theme: “Accelerate Action for Gender Equality.” This theme resonates
deeply with our mission at Cyndex Ltd and underscores the urgency of our collective efforts to
create a world where gender equality is not just an aspiration but a reality.

The progress we’ve made in recent years has been encouraging, but we must recognize that the journey is ongoing. Too many women still face barriers that hinder their potential in the
workplace and beyond. It is time for us to double down on our commitment to accelerate action.
We must challenge societal norms, amplify women’s voices, and ensure that our workplaces
promote equity at every level.
