Cyndex Ltd is an established Ghanaian Limited Liability Company incorporated with the Registrar General’s Department and headquartered in Accra, Ghana. Cyndex Ltd is a family-owned company inspired by a powerful sense of enterprise.

With over twenty (20) years of combined operations and experience within the Textile and Garment Industry Cyndex Ltd has an excellent track record of focused range of products and services to over 30 Public and Private Educational Institutions, garment/apparel wholesalers/sellers, Major Hospitals and Health Institutions, Prominent NGOs, Religious and Cultural Institutions as well as Government Ministries (Education, Health, Trade and Industry) across the country.

– CYNDEX APPAREL CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Mrs. Cynthia Johanna Baffour is an astute entrepreneur, industrialist and a business consultant.

She has participated in a number of top level management courses organized by Association of Ghana Industries and Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA).

Her academic laurels include a certificate in Management and Administration at Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA).

She is a member of Association of Ghana Industries, member of Ghana UK Chamber of Commerce and member of Ghana Cancer Board.

She is also a Marriage and Family Life Counsellor and a Motivational Speaker.

She has served the community in capacities at various levels and also on the board of a number of schools.

With her great passion for the Apparel/Garments Industry, she started producing garments from her garage more than twenty years ago and has grown the business to what it is today.

She is married with three (3) children.

OUR SERVICES

Supplier Credibility

We evaluate the capacity and capability of every factory. We also check environmental control, safety laws, labour practices and adherence to labour laws. We make sure that our supplier can meet our requirements when it comes to reaching the average number of pieces produced as per buyer’s requirement at a given period of time to meet schedule.

Sourcing

We maintain strong relationships with many fabric and accessories suppliers.

Sampling

We develop and provide samples as per buyers specifications/techpack to obtain buyers approval before heading to production
through our professional staff of Merchandisers and Quality Controllers who always keep a close check on sampling and production.

Quality Control / Assurance

Our Quality Controllers work very hard to make sure we meet our buyer’s requirements. Our quality control officers/checkers are stationed in all departments in order to ensure that production meets buyer’s requirement. We always want to deliver satisfaction to our customers. We monitor the order from sourcing of raw materials and accessories to production and up to the final shipment of goods.

Packaging

Only approved goods are packed and buyer is assured of getting quality merchandise. Care is also taken to see whether all packing instructions of the buyer are respected.

Supplier Credibility

Logistics

All shipping documents are reviewed and verified as per buyer instruction. All cargo is handled by reputable forwarder to obtain correct information regarding ETD and ETA of vessels because time delivery is as important for us as it is to the buyer.
