This recognition reflects a core belief that guides our operations: opportunity should be inclusive.

Over the past year, we have taken deliberate steps to create meaningful employment opportunities for individuals who are physically challenged and speech-impaired. Today, we are proud to have 15 speech-impaired employees as valued members of our team, contributing across various areas of our production operations.

What began as a commitment has evolved into a powerful learning experience. By adapting our communication methods, refining our training processes, and fostering a more inclusive work environment, we have witnessed firsthand how inclusion enhances teamwork, productivity, and overall workplace culture.

Our colleagues have demonstrated exceptional dedication, skill, and resilience—proving that ability is not defined by limitation.
